GRILLED PORK CHOPS


Today’s recipe is  a simple one and it is probably something that you already know how to make.   When I am trying to think of what to prepare for supper, I often forget the simple pleasures.  Recipes that are predictable but are appreciated by our loved ones because they know and trust them.   So for today, make something that is well loved ---and delicious of course!   Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Pork chops  (of your choice)
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

Instructions:
*Season the front and back of each pork chop with salt and pepper.
*Place each chop on a hot grill (on high heat).
*Turn chops over after 3-4 minutes.
*Reduce heat and cook until juices run clear (do not overcook).
