Here is a wonderful Barbeque Sauce from my husband’s great-aunt Lucy! She was truly one of the most wonderful home cooks I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She not only made great food, she genuinely enjoyed the process of cooking. She lovingly created meals that left you feeling like you’d been given a gift---like you were an honored guest. She was a blessing to me and I hope you will try this sauce when you are making sandwiches from leftover turkey or pork.
Ingredients:
5 oz. of 57 Sauce
14 oz. ketchup
5 oz. of A-1 Sauce
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
½ cup yellow mustard
2 and ½ T. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
.*Mix all ingredients together well.
*Store in a glass bottle or jar in the refrigerator.
*Spoon over pork or turkey sandwiches or meat of your choice.
