I hope you enjoy this hot chocolate mix that is great to make as gifts for friends and family. Just leave out the coffee if you want to---but it adds a great depth of flavor. Put the mix in a decorative jar with some mini-marshmallows on top!
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
2 cups instant non-fat dry milk
2 cups non-dairy creamer
1 cup cocoa
½ cup instant coffee
Instructions:
*Combine all ingredients and mix well.
*To serve: place 3 Tablespoons of the mix in a cup, add 1 cup boiling water and stir well.
*Top with whipped cream if you like.
