DILL DIP

                   

Here’s a great dip to serve with raw vegetables, fancy crackers or chips.  It’s really good to make for your New Year’s Eve party or for your upcoming Super Bowl gathering!  Place it in a cute serving bowl that is nested in a larger bowl of ice to keep it cold as you entertain and store any leftovers in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
2 cups mayonnaise (I use the olive oil variety)
2 cups sour cream (use low fat if you prefer)
½ cup fresh parsley
¼ cup fresh dill (or less if you prefer)
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:
*Mix all ingredients together.  Place in an airtight container and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve (at least 1 hour before serving).
