FRIDAY SLOPPY JOES

Sloppy Joes have always been a favorite for my son—when he was little and even now that he is grown up.  He actually enjoys the canned “Manwich” sauce so that makes them very easy to throw together for a last minute meal.  However sometimes  I like to make my sauce from scratch, so I’ll provide both methods for you here.  Nothing beats good old tater tots and pickles as side dishes for sloppy joes-- but also consider my recipe for “smashed potatoes” posted on November  24th.  Enjoy having a “sloppy” meal with your crew tonight!
