KALE CHIPS

Maybe kale chips don’t sound very exciting to you, but I encourage you to try them.  They are extremely easy to make and surprisingly delicious!  You just have to keep a watchful eye on them as they cook in the oven, because there is a fine line between “done” and “burned”.  Anyway give them a whirl----you’ll be glad you did.  They are great to munch on and I think they would also make a beautiful garnish for fish or chicken.

Ingredients:
1 bunch of kale
Kosher salt
Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:
*Wash and dry kale.
*Trim center rib from each leaf.
*Tear each leaf into 2 or 3 pieces.
*Toss kale leaf pieces with a splash of olive oil and a light sprinkle of salt.
*Place kale on a baking sheet.
*Bake at 400 degrees until crispy but not brown or burned.
