FRIDAY POPCORN CAKE

              

This is Greg’s Mother’s recipe for popcorn cake.  She used to make this when he was little.  It’s a bit decadent—but it would be a great surprise for your children when they come home from school!  Why not finish off the school and work week with  a smile! 

Ingredients:
8 cups of popcorn, popped
16 ounces or more of plain M&M’s
1 stick margarine
½ cup oil
1  pound of marshmallows

Instructions:
*Spray a bundt or tube cake pan with PAM.
*Mix popcorn and M&M’s together in very large mixing bowl.
*Melt oil, margarine and marshmallows, stirring constantly with a spoon sprayed with PAM.
*Pour mixture over the dry ingredients and quickly combine all ingredients.
*Pack mixture into the bundt or tube pan.
*Turn out onto a plate when cool and enjoy!

OPTIONAL:
Add in 16 ounces of salted peanuts
