BAKED CHICKEN

This baked chicken is a family recipe that I know you will enjoy.  If  you don’t want to use as much margarine as you see here, simply reduce it by not spooning it over the chicken pieces at the half way point.  Either way you choose to make it will be delicious!

Ingredients:
6 to 8 chicken breasts
2 cups flour
1/8 cup Knorr Chicken Bouillon Base Crystals (or Herb Ox if you are in America)
2 to 3 t. black pepper
1 and ½ sticks margarine, melted

Instructions:
*Spray a large pyrex baking dish with PAM (or a baking sheet with sides)
*In a mixing bowl, combine flour, bouillon crystals and pepper (do not add any salt because the bouillon already has salt).
* Place melted margarine in a smaller bowl.
*Dip each piece of chicken into the melted margarine and then dredge in the flour mixture.
*Place each coated piece of chicken into the baking dish.
*Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes
**After about 25 minutes of cooking, drizzle a spoonful of margarine over each piece of chicken from the remaining melted margarine.
*Cook for the additional 20 minutes.
