I have been eating tuna fish salad my whole life. My Mother always makes delicious tuna salad and I will detail it below. For the past 2 years though I have been making it in a different, more simple way. I will also detail that for you.
I enjoy serving a scoop of tuna fish salad with lettuce and tomato alongside a scoop of chicken salad (posted on February 7th, 2012), when I have guests for lunch. However nothing beats tuna salad on toasted pumpernickel or whole wheat bread with mustard, lettuce and tomato for a wonderful lunch. If your kids think they don’t like tuna fish, try giving them solid white tuna in water. It is a lot less fishy than the chunk light tuna.
